Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience with amazing views from the newer north wing's large glass fronted balcony. The room decor was a downside with ugly colors and dirty carpet, however, the continuous noise was a bit of a nuisance. The service from the staff, particularly the lovely lady in the restaurant, was exceptional and added so much to our trip.
